The program structure

Through interdisciplinary case studies, the use of business simulation games, and team-building events in small groups, you will acquire professional, methodical, personal and social skills.

Study success is evaluated according to the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). You must achieve a total of 180 ECTS credits for the degree.

Examination achievements are proven by tests, written theses, presentations, papers and the final bachelor thesis. The program is modular in structure. Each module concludes with an independent examination. Within the framework of practical modules, you will be able to deepen your knowledge of specialist issues from your professional field of experience.

Electives I-II are individual elective modules, for example in areas such as banking and financial services, controlling, communication management, marketing, human resources, taxes and auditing. In the business management workshops you will implement current macroeconomic and business management issues in a timely manner.

The practical projects offer an intensive connection of operational questions with the application-oriented didactics of individual subject areas of the degree program. They are complemented by case studies and group work as forms of social learning.

Each module comprises 2-5 ECTS credits. The only exceptions are the practical projects and the bachelor's thesis.
