OpenOLAT
On the eLearning platform OpenOLAT you will find learning materials for your classes, forums for mutual exchange, self-tests to check your learning progress and much more ...
OpenOLAT is operated and serviced for Mainz University of Applied Sciences by the Virtual Campus Rheinland Pfalz (VCRP).
The Media & Teaching Team is the right contact for you as a student at Mainz University of Applied Sciences when it comes to any questions concerning OpenOLAT.
Panopto
Panopto is a video content management system and provides the technical basis for creating, providing and organizing videos.
On Panopto you only see videos and folders that are accessible to everyone at the university or to the public.
The videos and video folders of classes are usually integrated into the corresponding OLAT courses and can only be accessed via the respective OLAT course.
If you receive a video or folder link, you can generally only access it using that link (you might have to register on Panopto first).
Students are generally only assigned the role of viewers. This means you cannot upload videos to Panopto, you can only watch videos there.
LINKEDIN LEARNING
LinkedIn Learning offers you a wide range of professional video tutorials in the areas of software (MS Office, Adobe CC etc.), creativity and business. All students and employees of the University of Applied Sciences Mainz can use the service free of charge.
