Christian Zern has been working as a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the DI-GEST Research College since October 2021. His research focuses on organizational transformation processes and the possibilities for actively shaping these processes.
He completed both his bachelor’s degree in economics and his master’s degree in management at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz.
After working as a bank clerk and trainer at a cooperative bank—where his responsibilities included investment and credit counseling, as well as training coordination and digitalization—he took a position as a research assistant at the Chair of Organization, Human Resources, and Business Management while pursuing his master’s degree. As part of this role, he led tutorials for the “Organization” and “Corporate Management” courses.
