The AStA at Mainz University of Applied Sciences and book-n-drive are moving in the same direction with their “Campus Offer”
At the car-sharing station, a van (Opel Vivaro model), a smaller XS-type vehicle, and a station wagon are all ready for you to hop in and drive away. But that’s not all: The entire book-n-drive fleet—from the small cityFlitzer (one-way trips!) to the van—is available at special rates. There are just under 1,000 vehicles in the Rhine-Main area. Whether you’re moving, doing a big grocery run for an upcoming apartment party, or planning your next trip with the whole crew, nothing stands in your way now. And all of this at student-friendly rates.

Students are exempt from the sign-up fee for book-n-drive. In addition, with the “Campus Offer,” you’ll receive a one-time travel credit of 10.00 euros. This credit is valid for 6 months from the date of registration and will be applied toward your travel costs.
You can easily apply for your customer card online at with no obligation.
And if that still hasn’t convinced you, there’s also the free safety package (normally 39 euros per year). With this, your deductible in the event of damage is reduced from the standard 1,500.00 to 300.00 euros!
You only pay when you drive!
With the Campus Plan, you have no recurring costs, so you always stay flexible. Of course, we’re aware that contracts and their associated deadlines can cause problems, especially for students. But you don’t have to worry about that here. Thanks to the simplified cancellation policy, you can cancel with minimal effort. Simply drop off your book-n-drive customer card at our AStA office. Just hand it in and then fill out the cancellation form.
