In the Bachelor’s program in Geoinformatics and Surveying, first-semester lectures begin on April 1 during the summer semester. This allows high school students who have just passed the early Abitur exam in Rhineland-Palatinate to start this application-oriented program right away.

Here’s how it works:

• During the application period from mid-November through January 15 (enrollment is possible until the start of classes), you apply with your 12th-grade year-end report card.
• You’ll need to submit the usual documents (e.g., electronic M10 registration from your health insurance provider, a current and complete resume).
• For the date of your university entrance qualification, enter the date on which you complete the application.
  For your final grade, enter a 9.9, since you do not yet know your Abitur scores.
• Since the bachelor’s program in Geoinformatics and Surveying has no admission restrictions, this will reserve your spot in the program for the upcoming summer semester.
• We will then review the documents you submitted. If everything required is included, you will receive a request to pay the semester fee.
• As soon as you have successfully completed your high school diploma, submit your diploma by email no later than the 4th business day of April, and you will be officially enrolled at the university. You will then receive your login credentials for the university’s IT system via email and can begin your studies.
