Lego LeSS Workshop 2025
Experience Agile Project Management in Practice!
On March 22, 2025, the Lego LeSS (Large-Scale Scrum) workshop took place for the second time in cooperation with Ekkodale GmbH at LUX in downtown Mainz. Students in the work-integrated master’s program in IT Management and the dual bachelor’s program in Business Informatics had the opportunity to experience agile project management firsthand.
The students were tasked with building, in three sprints, an area of a city—such as a residential area, a recreational area, or an industrial area—using LEGO bricks. Each team collaborated with a stakeholder who provided specific requirements that had to be implemented.
By the end of the workshop, all teams had successfully represented their city areas using LEGO bricks and other materials. The workshop provided participants with valuable insights into the practical challenges and solutions of agile projects.
