Master’s student Beyza and third-semester bachelor’s student Sarah present their “Time-Based Media” program in a Zoom conversation with Pauline Heyne. Illustrator Beyza also talks about her journey into animation. Sarah, who plans to pursue a career as a TV host, explains, among other things, how important teamwork is for the program and where voice actors and actors can be found for productions. Their conversation takes us through the program’s various labs and workshops and leaves no doubt that virtually any technique can be learned during the program, and that even the most unfamiliar device can become a familiar tool for bringing ideas to life and telling stories.
