The "Human Resources & Legal Department," which was restructured as of January 1, 2021, serves as the point of contact for all matters related to employment law and general legal issues at the university.

The “Human Resources” unit handles all personnel matters. This includes all full-time and part-time university employees, i.e., professors, academic and non-academic staff, adjunct instructors, instructors for special assignments, research assistants and student assistants, trainees, and interns.

The “Legal” unit handles all legal issues related to the university’s operations, reviews regulations and bylaws, provides support in court proceedings, and reviews contracts of all kinds.
