Networking

Alumnity Gets Together

Under the motto “Alumnity Meets,” alumni, students, and faculty come together in a relaxed atmosphere. Whether it’s a group dinner at a restaurant, a glass of wine in a friendly setting, or special events like a wine tasting—the focus is on personal interaction.

These gatherings offer the opportunity to maintain connections, meet new people, and exchange ideas outside the daily routine of university life. This often leads to conversations that go far beyond professional matters and strengthen the network in the long term.

Special experiences are also part of the mix: whether it’s a WineWalk or a visit to an exhibition or museum, these shared activities combine enjoyment with networking and make the exchange particularly lively. “Alumnity Meets” thus stands for uncomplicated networking in a pleasant atmosphere—open, personal, and connecting.

Alumnity Presents

Under the “Alumnity Presents” series, the association organizes lectures and field trips on a wide range of topics. The goal is to provide exciting insights into business, society, and professional practice, and to foster dialogue among alumni, students, and external guests.

The lectures address current issues and are led by experienced speakers from various fields. They offer the opportunity to discover new perspectives and gain inspiration for one’s own professional and personal development.

The program is complemented by field trips that provide on-site insights—for example, to institutions such as the European Central Bank, but also to destinations outside the traditional business sphere, such as Klassikstadt Frankfurt.

An important partner in organizing these events is the WoMen Network Rhine-Main. The network takes an inclusive approach and promotes dialogue on professional and social topics through various formats. This collaboration results in joint events covering a broad range of topics and featuring engaging event formats.

“Alumnity Presents” thus combines professional insights with personal exchange and opens up new perspectives that go beyond one’s own horizons.

Alumnity on Tour

“Alumnity on Tour” is a new initiative that combines shared experiences with personal networking. The goal is to organize both small and large outings—ranging from international trips to local activities.

The initiative kicked off with a trip by board members to Granada. Going forward, this format will be open to all members and offer a wide range of opportunities to discover new places together. One key concept is at the heart of this initiative: The tours are organized by Alumnity members for Alumnity members. This fosters personal insights and authentic experiences—often with a direct connection to the respective region.

Whether it’s a weekend getaway, a city break, or a group outing: “Alumnity on Tour” creates space for exchange, new experiences, and a network that extends beyond the professional context.
