Dell Technologies Forum meets Mainz University of Applied Sciences

Technology surprises us, sparks enthusiasm - and enables companies to break new ground, simplify processes, and create space for innovation. At the Dell Technologies Forum in Frankfurt in November 2023, 1,300 visitors experienced first-hand the power that can be unleashed with technology as an engine.

This included artificial intelligence, smart workload management, secure use of multiclouds, and smart IT usage models. This year, the Dell Technologies flagship event was not only hosted at the German headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, but also for the first time in collaboration with the School of Business at Mainz University of Applied Sciences–.

20 students from Mainz University of Applied Sciences were invited to attend the Dell Technologies Forum at the Festhalle Frankfurt and meet with the brightest minds in the tech industry to discuss innovations, trends, and best practices. In addition to the large Expo zone, interesting keynotes and workshops on various IT topics were held, where students were able to gain new insights into current IT trends and the role of Dell Technologies in them.

After a Lunch & Learn with Dr. Roland Kunz (Principal Senior Engineer, Emerging Technologies EMEA) on the topic of Artificial Intelligence and the opening session by German Managing Director Tim van Wasen, attendees had the opportunity to explore the Expo. Here, Dell Technologies partner companies Intel, Microsoft, Nvidia, AMD, and many more were not only available to talk to, but also offered the latest technologies to touch and feel.

Many thanks to all students who visited the Dell Technologies Forum and a special thank you goes to Yvonne Serocka (Communications Team) and Prof. Dr. Jens Reinhardt, who made this collaboration possible!
