OOPT - Certification application

Applications for our OOPT certificates are currently accepted via email only!

Please send us an email to oopt (at) hs-mainz.de with the following information to apply for your OOPT certificate (subject to a fee):

  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Student ID number
  • OOPT test date

We will then contact you to schedule a pickup time; certificates cannot be issued without a prior appointment!

Please note that since October 2020, we only issue certificates for test results where the test date is no more than 2 years old.
