6th Company Fair

Career opportunities for students at Mainz University of Applied Sciences

One year ago, an employee of Henkell Freixenet pointed out that “It is always inspiring to engage in a dialogue with open-minded students and hear about their motivation to study and their career goals.” These words take on a particular significance in light of the upcoming 6th Company Fair event at Mainz University of Applied Sciences on May 15, 2024..

Here, students at Mainz University of Applied Sciences will have the exclusive opportunity to network with representatives from over 50 renowned companies such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Deutsche Bundesbank, Ernst & Young, Fraport, Heraeus, Nintendo, R+V, Vicampo.de, ZDF, and many more. This networking and career event offers an ideal platform for getting insights about companies and finding out about internships, student jobs, and starting a career.

Werner & Mertz is among the participating companies and will once again present its career opportunities in the field of sustainability. The Mainz-based company stresses: “The Company Fair is an all-around perfect event for us,” adding “We were impressed by the interested and lively audience – that’s not the case everywhere.”

The event is organized by the School of Business. It starts at 10 am and runs until 4 pm, offering students the opportunity to make contacts and expand their own networks. All students at Mainz University of Applied Sciences are cordially invited to attend the event and score their first points for their future career prospects. There will also be plenty of fun: 1. FSV Mainz 05's Bum-Bum-Ballerbox is a highlight for every soccer fan and visitors can also take their snapshot home with them thanks to Fotobox Wiesbaden. This year too, we look forward to warm and refreshing beverages from Kaffeerösterei Müller and Eckes Granini.
