You can use our room reservation tool, Terminland (https://www.terminland.de/HSMainz_Raumbuchung), to reserve a student workspace or a private room for group work.
Bookings are made for a full day (during opening hours, typically from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.). You can use the workspace or room at any time during this period. You can also book workspaces in the library on campus or on Holzstraße; work is permitted here between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
When you book a workspace or room, you will receive a confirmation email. Please present this email—either electronically or as a printout—when you arrive at the university.
