Mara Freigang, a graduate of the interior design program at Mainz University of Applied Sciences, has been awarded the Student Prize by the Professional Association for Foam Plastics and Polyurethanes (FSK) for her thesis, “eGo.”
eGo is a modular storage system consisting of two components: a textile non-woven wallpaper and a modular form made of soft integral foam, which was specially developed for the organized and gentle storage of shoes. When combined, they form a wall relief that can be customized depending on how the elements are grouped, oriented, rotated, and color-sorted in relation to one another.
