The 2023/24 winter semester has begun: 80 bachelor’s students had their first day at the university on Saturday, September 2. Prof. Dr. Susanne Weissman, President of Mainz University of Applied Sciences, warmly welcomed the first-semester students in the dual Business Administration and Business Informatics programs to the School of Business. Following the welcome and an introduction to their field of study by the program directors, the Business Administration students had their first lecture on the schedule. The Business Informatics students explored the campus with their student councils.
Over the next seven semesters, the students can expect a challenging program: They will study intensively at the university one afternoon per week and every Saturday, while continuing their practical training or working in their current jobs on the remaining days.
