Mainz University of Applied Sciences honors lecturer at the School of Engineering

Mainz University of Applied Sciences has appointed Dr. Oliver Martin, LL.M., as an honorary professor at the School of Engineering. University President Prof. Dr. Susanne Weissman presented the certificate, which was previously signed by the Minister President of Rhineland-Palatinate.

With the awarding of the honorary professorship, Mainz University of Applied Sciences is recognizing both Dr. Martin's professional expertise and his sustained commitment to teaching. Dr. Martin has been a lecturer in real estate law and residential property management at Mainz University of Applied Sciences since 2018 and brings many years of practical experience as managing director of Seibel Haus- und Mietverwaltungs GmbH in Worms. Since November 2019, he has also served as Chairman of the Board of the Verband der Immobilienverwalter Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland (Rhineland-Palatinate/Saarland Association of Property Managers). An honorary professorship is awarded to individuals who have contributed to academic teaching for many years without being employed full-time at the university.
