The projections for the “Mainz leuchtet” festival and the “Helau Love” carnival float are just two examples of projects developed by students at Mainz University of Applied Sciences. These and many other projects will be presented at this year’s university information day, the Info-Tag, on April 18, 2026.
Mainz University of Applied Sciences will open its campus on Lucy-Hillebrand-Straße and offer insights into the diverse range of bachelor’s and master’s programs offered by its three departments: Design, Technology, and Business. Whether you’re interested in full-time, part-time, dual, work-integrated, or part-time while working—there’s something for everyone.
How practical is studying at Mainz University of Applied Sciences? What is everyday life like in a dual study program? And what opportunities are there to participate in study abroad programs while pursuing your degree? In short interviews with host Julia Schneider, students and faculty will discuss degree programs and career options on stage. External partners will also provide insights into the opportunities they offer students.
A varied program featuring information booths, sample lectures, presentations, portfolio reviews, a plant raffle, and a live stream rounds out the event. Two coffee bars, two food stands, and the Student Services cafeteria will provide light refreshments throughout the day.
