The Karrié Award recognizes outstanding master’s theses in civil engineering or construction and real estate management at Mainz University of Applied Sciences.
For the Karrié Award, which comes with a prize of 2,000 euros, professors at Mainz University of Applied Sciences may nominate master’s theses from the 2019–2020 winter semester and the 2020 summer semester (with a submission deadline of August 31, 2020) that received a grade of 1.7 or better.
It is important that the theses address academic questions related to construction operations, the construction industry, or construction management and contribute to linking applied research, teaching, and construction practice. The nominated theses will be evaluated by a panel of experts consisting of representatives from Karrié and Mainz University of Applied Sciences.
The application deadline for the award is October 20.
