Academic Commencement Ceremony for the Department of Economics
On November 19, 2022, at 4:00 p.m., we will bid farewell to the graduates of the class of 2021/22 at an academic commencement ceremony at the Electoral Palace in Mainz. We very much hope that, after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, we can once again celebrate this wonderful occasion together.
All graduates who completed their studies between October 16, 2021, and September 30, 2022, are invited to the ceremony. For your information: Graduate status is achieved once the grades/evaluations for all exams and coursework, as well as the application for a diploma, have been submitted to the Examination Office by September 30, 2022.
A quick tip: You can submit your request for a diploma at the same time you turn in your final required assignment (e.g., your bachelor’s or master’s thesis).
