This program is open to students and alumni from all disciplines and departments.
And best of all: Your friends from other universities can join in, too!
Discover the skills of the future now and, at the same time, gain insights into how you can use your expertiseto get a head start in software development—even if you’re not a techie. WiSE – Activating Women in Software Engineering is a collaborative project between Mainz University of Applied Sciences, Fraunhofer IESE in Kaiserslautern, and Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. The research project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology, and Space.
WiSE connects female students and alumnae from non-technical disciplines with companies in the software development sector. Because we believe: The tech world needs more diversity—and people like you!
Your expertise makes software—fairer, more inclusive, and more relevant for everyone!
