At the European Academy of Management Annual Conference (EURAM) in Dublin, the paper presented by Prof. Dr. Elmar Konrad, titled “The Spark that Ignites the Whole: A Case Study on Aggregation Processes of Individual Ambidexterity within Entrepreneurial Teams in the Creative Industries,” presented by Prof. Dr. Elmar Konrad, was a resounding success. The paper was authored by Florian Koch and Prof. Dr. Elmar D. Konrad (iuh – Mainz University of Applied Sciences) as well as Prof. Dr. Alexander Kock (TU Darmstadt). The paper not only won the SIG Entrepreneurship Best Paper Award, but was also selected from over 1,300 academic articles as the best academic contribution (EURAM Best Paper Award 2023).
This year’s conference took place from June 14 to 16 in Dublin, Ireland, and focused on the theme “Transforming Business for Good.” The European Academy of Management is an academic society dedicated to advancing the academic discipline of management in Europe.
