On Wednesday, June 10, 2026, more than 50 employers will gather on the campus of Mainz University of Applied Sciences for the 8th annual Career Day. This well-established career fair offers full-time students the opportunity to network and discover concrete career opportunities while still in school.
From 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., companies and institutions from a wide variety of industries—ranging from regional small and medium-sized businesses to internationally active corporations—will be presenting themselves in the auditorium as well as on the lower and upper Magistrale. Visitors can learn about internships, part-time student jobs, thesis projects, and direct entry positions, explore various career fields, and make valuable connections for their professional future.
Practical Focus and Strong Partnerships
The Career Fair is organized by the Department of Business at Mainz University of Applied Sciences. It serves as a tangible demonstration of what defines the department: a practical focus, reliable collaboration, a commitment to genuine career prospects for our students, and a strong network with companies, institutions, and partners from the region and beyond.
The event brings students and employers together right on campus. It fosters early engagement with the professional world, highlights career paths, and strengthens the connection between the university and the business community.
In addition to the numerous opportunities for information and conversation, there’s plenty of fun to be had: The “Bum-Bum-Ballerbox” from 1. FSV Mainz 05 is a highlight for soccer fans, and with the Fotobox-Wiesbaden, visitors can take home their own personal snapshot. Refreshments will be provided by the Müller coffee roastery and Eckes-Granini, offering both warming and refreshing beverages.
