Germany Scholarship 2026/27

Applications for college students will be accepted starting March 15

Every year, Mainz University of Applied Sciences awards Germany Scholarships to students who demonstrate excellent academic performance and exceptional extracurricular involvement.

Scholarship recipients receive a grant of 300 euros per month, initially limited to two semesters. Of this amount, 150 euros are subsidized by the government, while the other half is provided by a private sponsor, such as a company, a foundation, or a private individual.

The Germany Scholarship was launched in 2011 by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. At Mainz University of Applied Sciences, 84 scholarship recipients from all academic departments are receiving a scholarship during the current funding period.

 

Application

Applications for the Deutschlandstipendium will be accepted from March 15 through April 30, 2026. The scholarships will be awarded effective September 1, 2026.
