In May 2026, the next cycle of the “FWW – Women in Science and Business” mentoring program will begin. The program is aimed at female master’s students, doctoral candidates, research assistants, and graduates from all academic departments at Mainz University of Applied Sciences. The goal of this one-year mentoring program is to improve career prospects for women seeking leadership positions in academia, business, or the creative fields.
Mentees benefit from a one-on-one mentoring relationship with an experienced professional and from the network they build during the program. The workshop program for mentees covers topics such as self-marketing, networking, communication, and leadership skills.
