Successful completion of a university degree in law, business law or economics. In exceptional cases, graduates with other university degrees may also be admitted. In this case, corresponding legal and other prior knowledge must be proven by relevant examinations or relevant professional experience. This proof is also deemed to have been provided, for example, if a graduate also fulfils the requirements of Section 36 (2) of the Tax Consultancy Act. The examination board decides on admission.
In accordance with Section 35 (1) of the Rhineland-Palatinate Higher Education Act, you can also participate in continuing education programmes if you have acquired the required aptitude in your profession or in another way.
