Team

Our aims

  • Teach students strategic knowledge and practical organizational skills in human resource management, change management, and labor law in our interdisciplinary teaching
  • Implement HR innovations and change processes in practical projects and research projects with collaborating companies and work together to generate new knowledge
  • Engage in an active dialogue with managers and HR staff in our HRM network and with our collaboration partners, such as the Rheinhessen Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the City of Mainz
  • Transferring current research into corporate practices through our HR events and HR newsletters
