May 2024 marks the start of the next round of the mentoring program FWW – Women in Science and Business, which is geared towards female master's students, doctoral candidates, assistants and alumnae from all three schools of Mainz University of Applied Sciences. The aim of the one-year mentoring program is to improve the career prospects of women with regard to leadership positions in the fields of science, business and areas of influence.
The mentees benefit from an individual mentoring relationship with a professionally experienced individual from the field and from the network created during the mentoring program. The workshop program for mentees includes topics such as self-marketing, networking, communication, and leadership skills.
Registration is open until January 3rd
