Dr. Sabine Landwehr-Zloch joined the School of Business as an experienced professor on 10/01/2023. With practical industry experience as an Innovation Controller at BASF SE, she has a sound background in finance and accounting/controlling. Her passion for teaching and research developed during her studies in Bamberg and her doctorate at the Chair of Corporate Management and Controlling there. As a former professor at the DHBW Karlsruhe and Dean at the Wilhelm Büchner Hochschule Darmstadt, she has extensive academic experience. Research is also particularly important to her. “In addition to teaching, generating new knowledge through research and transfer is also very important to me,” she reveals in the 2023 yearbook, which will be published soon. She appreciates the potential and the inspirational atmosphere for learning, researching, and working at Mainz University of Applied Sciences.
