User Insights for Digital Products
Media and IT are continuously growing closer together. In the Research Group for Business Informatics and Media Management (WIMM), we represent this integrative topic in teaching and applied research. Our work focuses on digital media, digital marketing, and digital transformation.
Interfaces are our expertise. We - that is an interdisciplinary team of about ten media managers, media IT specialists, media designers, media lawyers and media psychologists. We work on human-machine interaction interfaces (e.g. user interfaces, UX, customer experience). And we work across disciplines at the intersection of several scientific disciplines, combining digital disciplines such as business informatics, media design and media management ("the 3 M").
