Admission Requirements

A bachelor's degree from an accredited bachelor's degree program in architecture with at least 240 ECTS credits or from a comparable diploma program in architecture at a national or international university or university of applied sciences.

Please also note that for the master's degree program you are applying to, you must provide proof of a degree with at least ECTS grades A - C. If no ECTS grade is shown, the grade point average must not be less than 2.5. Admission will be decided on the basis of the provisional average grade indicated in your application documents.

Note: If you complete your bachelor's degree with an ECTS grade lower than A - C or a grade lower than 2.5 (if no ECTS grade is shown), your enrollment at Mainz University of Applied Sciences will end at the conclusion of the first master's semester due to the inability to re-register for the next semester.

Please note: advanced, transition or bridge modules to compensate for missing ECTS credits from a previous degree with less than 240 ECTS credits will not be offered.
