Presentation Setup for Online Events Using OBS (Open Broadcaster Software)

Online presentations have become an indispensable part of many people’s daily work lives. But how can I create a setup in a simple and elegant way that allows me to showcase my slides in the best possible light while also offering participants an engaging presentation experience? For example, how can I integrate slides, a presenter’s video feed, and an additional camera into my presentation? With OBS, there are many ways to do just that. Together, we’ll create a sample setup that can easily be reused for future online presentations.
OBS is free to use. This online training session from Multimedia Kontor Hamburg (MMKH) is designed for beginners, and no prior knowledge is required.
