To ensure that processes are not merely visualized but actually put into practice, it is essential to incorporate and analyze the perspectives of everyone involved in a workflow—whether at the strategic or operational level, and whether they are process owners, process handlers, or users.
For this reason, we work in interdisciplinary teams that represent all points of contact within a process, and we consult directly with the target group of each process to identify where there may be a need for optimization.
In addition to the workflow itself, the process team addresses all relevant documents—such as forms, instructions, and decision-making guidelines used in the process. These are intended to be made available to all stakeholders in the long term in a knowledge database .
