Status: Severe Disability or Equivalent Status

The university’s goal is to support and include all employees with severe disabilities as well as those deemed to be in the same category.

Please report your status to the Human Resources Department and remember to extend any fixed-term contracts as needed.

 

Your rights at a glance:

Severe Disability (GdB of 50 or higher)

If your degree of disability (GdB) is 50 or higher, you are considered to have a severe disability.

If your degree of disability is between 30 and 49, you can apply for equal treatment.
